This is a small collection of contemporary art in a building with a lovely courtyard. It is mostly composed of paintings by Bolivian artists, but also has several sculptural pieces. The museum also holds temporary exhibitions approximately once a month. School groups visit regularly, and there are at least 340 visitors a month. The museum is located centrally, only about 4 blocks from the main plaza.

Your main duties are likely to include:

Guiding visitors who need information about art
Co-coordinating and helping students with research at the museum
Commissioning artworks for the museum
Maintaining artworks
Web and graphic design
Workshops can be arranged for volunteer who can teach their skills to Bolivians, such as painting classes, photography, ceramic, music, etc.
