The project was founded in 1986; it is about a weekly magazine that comes attached to the most important newspaper of Santa Cruz every Thursday. It is oriented mainly to children and students, since the contents are about games and articles that help kids to learn about Bolivian culture, art, good values and principles. They also organize other activities that contribute to the Bolivian children's development, such as contests, seminars, courses, etc. The name of the magazine is the name of a cartoon character that was created by the staff, this character represents a camba boy (camba means a person from Santa Cruz), that likes to ride on a skate board. He loves the internet and he is very responsible, curious, active, and he likes to learn and teach to their friends. In the magazine there are other characters too such as the grandparents, parents, his sister, friends and his pet.
